In our Leadership Therapeutic Groups you will learn the skills for effective leadership and how to become a leader that others will want to follow. We will teach you how to manage your time and responsibilities efficiently. You will learn how to effectively manage people. We will teach you how to raise up leaders and those who you can delegate responsibilities, and how to manage difficult people. We will also discuss common problems people in leadership face and how to effectively overcome them. We will address the biggest problem in leadership... burn out. We will counsel you on how to avoid burn out, and if you have already reached burn out, we will counsel you on the road to recovery.
