Therapeutic Groups are 'growth groups' where all are welcome.
Our groups are designed around sound education, skill development and relational, emotional and spiritual enhancement.
The groups represent dozens of topic areas in each of the following categories:

Each group features a training video and a discussion group surrounding the challenges and opportunities that present themselves. All of the featured trainers are professional therapist, pastors, educators and/ or coaches.
